She says: “I definitely have my lumps and bumps, I hate my love handles but I’m a great believer in treating yourself I’ll have a couple of cakes a week. I’ve learnt that it’s not achievable for me to be stick thin.”
And one celebrity who helps the 26-year-old businesswoman feel better about her body is Kim Kardashian, Luisa says: “Kim projects a really healthy body image. I’ve seen her in real life and she’s not a small girl or a size 8! She’s a well-built girl, she’s not fat but she’s certainly not Keira Knightley. It’s great to have people like Beyonce, Kim and Dita Von Teese in the public eye.”
Despite learning to love her size 8 figure there are still items banned from Luisa’s wardrobe, she adds: “You’ll never see me in high-waisted jeans, they look awful on me - I’ve got such big hips! I dress for my figure and feel confident in what I wear.”
Someone else who has confidence in every outfit she chooses is Luisa’s idol, Katie Price. Luisa says: ‘Katie is a very smart woman. I often get compared to her, we’re both sexually open. When she gets criticism it spurs her own – I’m the same.”
