Apprentice star Luisa Zissman only gave birth to her daughter Indigo a week ago, but she’s already back to her normal self!
After begrudging her boob job and soothing them with cabbage leaves (apparently it works), Luisa posted a selfie of herself getting ready to jump straight back onto her beloved horse.
And doens't she look incredible! How, may we ask?!
Captioning the snap “I know she's only a week old but I can't resist not horse riding for one more day”, Luisa received a tonne of positive comments from her followers complimenting her.
One wrote, “how does she look like that?! And second baby!!” whilst another commented “Were has your belly gone!!! So jealous!! Xx”.
However, there were some who were quick to mention the pain she might endure ‘down there’ whilst riding a horse for the first time since giving birth.
One fan said: “Nooooo you are one brave women! I was having salt baths & sudocrem vaginal masks for weeks after.”
Another added: “Oh my lord the thought of horse riding after birth makes me get tears in my eyes, even going for walks with my puppy left me aching! Good luck, you look fab x.”
Luckily for Luisa, her first experience back on a horse was a good one as she managed to trot for 40 minutes: "Had a great hack out with Jo. Managed 40 mins.
"Trotting was hard no core strength but suppose I need to give it time! Can't wait to get back to competitions. What a lovely day for a ride."
We’re wincing a little, we’re not going to lie. If only we were as brave as you, Luisa!
