Ex-TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh has opened up about her dramatic weight loss which saw her lose two stone after appearing on Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls.
The fitness guru, who runs Results With Lucy, posted a photo on her Instagram of her dramatic weight loss after appearing on the show, which sees a group of people left stranded on an island and forces them to fend for themselves for their survival.
Lucy, who appeared on the show alongside her now-boyfriend Ryan Thomas, revealed that she had lost two stone whilst on the show.

In a shocking Instagram post, Lucy posted a before and after shot of just how tiny her body had been once the show had finished.
She wrote alongside the shocking image, which shows the "after" photo on the left: "My poor little body!!! Soooooo emotional watching the last ep of Celebrity Island... I can't believe we did it. I can't believe I did it 😃 What an experience!
"I will never doubt myself ever again! Met some incredible people that will be friends for life. So proud of us all!"
She then reassured her fans that it had only taken her three weeks to go back up to her normal weight, adding: "I ate A LOT HAHAHHA!"
Lucy's fans flocked to the comments section, praising her for making it through the tough experience.
One wrote: "Well done @lucymeck1 you are made of strong stuff girl, in awe of how you got through that!" and another added: "You were amazing on there! Such a strong woman!" whilst one joked: "Get me on that island!"
But Lucy wasn't the only celebrity on the island to undergo a dramatic weight loss after living on the island.
Ex-Made In Chelsea star Ollie Locke was shocked to find he had lost two-and-a-half stone and Scottish rugby player Thom Evans quit the show after just a week, losing a whopping two stone in that time.
Between them, the 14 contestants on the show lost 20 stone.
