Reality TV star Jack Fincham admitted that he’s gained a stone after his two-stone weight loss this summer and said that his doctor had warned him that he was on the brink of reaching obesity.
Speaking about his yoyoing weight, he said: “I'm trying, I lost two stone but I've put probably just under a stone back on though, but it's still less than what I was."

Jack won Love Island in 2018 with then-partner Dani Dyer, and has since been sharing with his Instagram followers updates from his boxing sessions and his attempts to form healthy habits.
This May, Jack showed off his incredible new physiqueon social media while he was training with Protein World.

Ecstatic with the progress he had made, Jack told Closer: “I am so grateful for Protein World’s help with getting me training right and eating more healthily and providing me with an incredible personal trainer who helped me focus on training correctly.”

His transformation came shortly after his All-New Full Monty performance alongside currently Strictly Come Dancing heartthrob Kelvin Fletcher and Diversity’s Ashley Banjo.
Jack said: "Being trained by the one and only Diversity has helped with my drunk uncle at a wedding dance moves. Can’t wait for you to see it!"
