Louise Redknapp has apparently confirmed her split from husband of 19 years Jamie Redknapp
TV personality Louise Redknapp has reportedly split from her husband Jamie.
According to The Sun, the singer has confirmed the break-up to her close friends, calling it quits after 19 years of marriage.
Louise, 42, slammed rumours that she was splitting with Jamie only a month ago after claims surfaced that she was living separately from her now estranged ex-footballer husband, with whom she has two sons.
A source told the publication: "Louise told one of her closest friends she and Jamie had split."
This comes as Louise, who was a finalist in Strictly Come Dancing 2016, has taken a holiday on her own to Mallorca.
The source added: "She mentioned how much time they had spent apart and that when she and Jamie had tried to spend time together, it hadn't been good.
"It's a very difficult situation because of their two children who they are both determined to protect. That's why they're not prepared to officially end the marriage or comment publicly."
She was forced to deny rumours back in April as it came to light that she and Jamie had been victims of the "Strictly curse".
And only in June did Louise laugh off rumours of a split with her hubby, saying: "It was surreal. Me and Jamie had just been out for dinner at Zuma, and were in bed together when we saw on Sky that our marriage was in trouble. We're great - don't worry about us, everything's fine."
Whilst this might be the case yet again, we can't help but think of the old saying - there's no smoke without fire.
UPDATE: Jamie Redknapp has apparently been telling people that they've been split up since last THURSDAY with onlookers saying it was "no secret".
