Earlier this year, Louise Redknapp and husband, Jamie, announced that they were divorcing after 19 years together. The couple share two sons, Charley, 13, and Beau, 9, but made the decision to separate.
Since the split, Louise's former Strictly Come Dancing partner Kevin Clifton has been supporting the singer, and reportedly watched Louise perform her first concert in 15 years alongside her family and friends.
According to The Sun, Kevin was overheard telling pals while in a restricted area: "The thing I love most about her is she doesn’t even realise how amazing she is."
An eye witness also told the publication: "Kevin was smiling throughout Louise’s performance and after the show all of her family and friends stayed to celebrate.
"He was clearly so proud of her and didn’t mind telling people so."
Louise and Kevin's friendship has been thrust into the spotlight as it was reported that their relationship caused issues between their respective partners. It is claimed that Jamie was unhappy with the time they were spending together and he allegedly called Kevin's wife, Karen, who Louise had become good friends with.
However, it is also reported that Louise and Jamie will spend Christmas together this year for the sake of their sons.
When Louise first opened up about the split, she said that she was tired of playing the role of 'Stepford wife'.
Talking to Stella magazine, she said: "I didn’t want to continue running around after everyone else, and occasionally promoting a yogurt or doing a little TV presenting job. I wanted to sing, I wanted to perform. I wanted to go back to work on a stage in front of an audience.
"It’s so hard because I love him. He’s an amazing man and we’ve had 20 good years together.
"I know he’s trying to understand that I do need to do this. People might look at me and think I’ve got everything, but a sweeping staircase and designer handbag doesn’t really do it for me."
