The star and her husband have spoken about suffering FOUR miscarriages in a new podcast called "Dealing With The Heartbreak Of Miscarriage"

Nadia Sawalha and husband Mark Adderley have opened up on how they have suffered four miscarriages during their marriage.

They both relived their heartbreaking memories on a podcast, with Nadia breaking down at one point, saying "From the second you know you're pregnant you start making plans. It doesn’t make any difference how far you are. You can see their face, you can see their smile, start planning where they will go to school".

Nadia and Mark now have two daughters - Kiki-Bee, nine, and Maddie, 15.

Nadia added about the traumatic birth of her daughter Maddie; "We then had our darling Maddie. She was so precious – born on Christmas Day – a survivor of torture after a traumatic birth".

The pair also opened up about the fact that after their third miscarriage, they made the decision to keep the foetus in a freezer. Mark said; "It felt strangely peaceful, because there was some kind of comfort I felt".

Nadia also sadly said that by the time she had her youngest daughter, Kiki-Bee, she spent her entire pregnancy worrying. She said "I wasn't waiting to have a baby - I was waiting to have a miscarriage!".
