Celebrities have taken to Twitter following the London terror attack on Saturday night to send their thoughts and prayers to the victims.
Ariana Grande, who is performing at the tribute concert in Manchester this evening, tweeted almost immediately, writing, “Praying for London.”
It has been almost two weeks since the terrorist attack that took place at the 23-year-old singer’s Manchester concert, which claimed 22 lives and left 119 injured.
Khloé Kardashian also tweeted her support, saying, “Our world is so dark and scary at the moment. Please say your prayers!! Try to be kind and loving! Love will always win! #PrayForLondon”.
Simon Cowell, who had just finished filming the Britain’s Got Talent final, tweeted, “Thoughts are with innocent victims caught up in London Bridge incident. Please try to stay safe people.”
Paris Hilton also tweeted, “#PrayForLondon,” while Sam Faiers shared an image of the Great Britain flag with the message, “#prayforlondon #LondonBridge #BeStrong x”.
The attack has left six people dead and over 48 hospitalised after a van hit pedestrians on London Bridge in a planned attack.
Minutes later, the attackers emerged from the van and launched a knife attack on passers-by in Borough Market.
The police arrived to the scene shortly afterwards and shot dead three men.
They have since confirmed this was a terrorist attack.
Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by the tragedy.
