Yesterday marked four years since Little Mix formed and, despite emotions running high, the girls indulged in a social media love-fest over each other.
After the performance which saw Perrie, 22, break down in tears during new track The End, Jade Thirlwall shared a cute collage of snaps.
She wrote: “And my three beautiful sisters ❤️ I don't know what I'd do without these girls...they've given me confidence I never knew I had.
“They make me laugh, they make me feel beautiful, encourage me to be the best I can, they listen to me whenever I whinge and hold me whenever I cry.
“I idolise them and love them with all my heart. 4 incredible years, I’m so grateful to have what we have and so proud of them for what they achieve individually as well as together.
“We’re a force to be reckoned with! 4 years of belief in ourselves, hard work and friendship is what got us here so far :) We’ve got each other’s backs no matter what and always will ❤️ Here's to the next 4 years #4YearsOfLittleMix [sic].”
There’s no doubt that 22-year-old Jade’s message is about Little Mix’s success and the band in general, but she made it clear that if you mess with one of them you have to deal with all of them.
Jesy Nelson shared a similar message, alongside a snap of them at the recent Teen Choice Awards.
Posting from the official Little Mix Instagram account, the girls uploaded a picture taken the moment Perrie dissolved in tears during their performance on NBC’s 30 Rock Stage for AOL, showing the four girls in a group hug.
Little Mix became the first band to win The X Factor in 2011, with judge Tulisa Contostavlos mentoring them to victory. They’ve since sold over 7 million records worldwide.
