Speaking to thedebrief.co.uk, Lily was asked what she would do if Miley tried to kiss her the same way she attempted to snog Katy Perry at her New York gig.
Lily replied, cheekily: ‘I’d probably reciprocate.’
Lily also spoke about her recent comments on feminism, which she says were taken out of context.
‘Of course I’m a feminist,’ said the feisty star.
She added: ‘I hate that word because it shouldn’t even be a thing any more.’
Lily made it clear she has no intentions of removing herself from the debate on feminism.
‘Without wanting to sound self-important in any way, what’s the point if you don’t speak your mind?’ she explained.
She added: ‘You can’t on the one hand put somebody like me up on a pedestal and say, “You’re a role model for my children” and then expect me not to talk about things like that.’
Lily says that her position as a woman in the music industry is especially noticeable when she’s in meetings with male executives, who she says treat her differently because of her sex.
‘It’s demoralising and sneering and we apparently don’t have an opinion. It’s done in a way to make you feel ashamed.’
Lily has returned to music following the birth of her 2 children, Ethel Mary (2) and Marnie Rose (1).
Her new album ‘Sheezus’ is out later this year.
