It looks like Liam and Cheryl might have to pay a hefty fine
Cheryl and Liam Payne only welcomed their little one into the world in March but they could receive a fine for not registering their son's birth.

The yummy mummy gave birth to Bear Payne on March 22 and although she announced the incredible news on social media, according to the Mail on Sunday, the popstar couple haven't signed the official paperwork to register their son.
Eek!
As a result, they would have to pay a £200 fine which is probably nothing to the couple who are allegedly worth around a whopping £30 million.
Wow! Imagine the things you could do with £30 million…
Liam and Chezza have had 42 days to register Bear's birth but according to the publication they haven't. They have been pretty busy though; the One Direction star has been in LA working on his album (and taking a break from parental duties to enjoy a night out with friends) and the Girls Aloud singer has been spending a lot of time at home with her little one.
A source recently revealed that the 33-year-old mum has been spending the majority of the time at home to prevent being body shamed. They told Now magazine: "After 15 years in the spotlight, Cheryl's used to dealing with how she looks in pictures.
"But she'd rather stay at home than risk being judged. Cheryl only goes out after dark and does everything she can to avoid being seen.
"She's a strong woman, but she's so happy right now, she doesn't want anything affecting that."
They added: "Cheryl, understandably doesn't want to be body shamed.
"She knows what a talking point her weight has always been and she's not ready for the inevitable comments about her body."
