The musician was performing at Grona Lund theme park in Swedish capital Stockholm when he fell victim to an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction.

The 51-year-old was singing the first song of his set when the crotch of his leather trousers dramatically ripped.

The crowd soon got an eyeful of Kravitz’ entire crotchal area, realising that the rockstar was NOT wearing any underpants.

Understandably, poor Mr Kravitz rushed off stage where he promptly changed into a new non-crotchless pair of trousers.

He then returned to the stage to carry on like a true professional.

A fan told newspaper Expressen: "The producer stepped up and said that they had some problems onstage. A bit later Kravitz came out wearing other trousers. He said 'sorry, I ripped my trousers'."

Lenny later poked fun at himself by sharing a text from pal, Aerosmith frontman Steve Tyler.

It read: "Dude.. no underwear and pierced... F*** me.. You never showed me that s**t.”

He then dubbed the incident comically as ‘#penisgate’.
