Lonely Lea ‘doesn’t like to be alone’ as she struggles with loss of Cory

Friends of Glee actress Lea Michele have spoken out about the actress's struggle to continue life without her late boyfriend, fellow Glee star, Cory Montieth.

Cory was found in a hotel room in Vancouver in July after passing away from a fatal drug overdose. The actor had been open about his battle with drug addiction and it was thought he had been receiving help to combat his demons up until his untimely death.

Sources say 'she really struggled. It was hard to get up every morning.'

Lea is not ready start dating again, but with the support of her close friends things are getting easier for the star.

Lea instagrammed stunning behind the scenes snaps on Saturday. The gorgeous pics were posted in the wake of a difficult week, which saw an episode of Glee airing in tribute to the troubled star.

Viewers wept over the emotional scenes- that aired in the US on Thursday night- dedicated to the actor and his Glee character, Finn Hudson. The episode was fittingly but simply entitled ‘The Quarterback.’

Friends of Lea are thought to have concerns that she is still suffering from feelings of loneliness after losing Cory in the summer.

Lea, who dated her co-star for two years after meeting on the set of the popular tv show 'misses him every day' and 'talks about Cory all the time.'

Speaking about the emotional Glee tribute, Lea said she felt like she had lost two people, Cory and Finn.

Lea looks amazing in the sneak peak from a photoshoot over the weekend.

Lea tweeted a picture of her and Cory from an event in 2012 on the day that the tribute episode aired. It is obvious to her fans that Cory still remains very much in her thoughts.

The actress's instagram pictures over the weekend show that with the support of her friends she continues to go from strength to strength with her career, and that she is 'doing okay.'
