Dan, 24, and 22-year-old Jacqueline confirmed their engagement last week, after he proposed while they were on holiday.
Despite Lauren, 32, and Dan previously working together on The Only Way Is Essex, she doesn’t think they’re close enough for her to get an invitation.
But the former glamour model hopes the couple will surprise her.
Speaking to OK! Online, Lauren said: “It would be nice to have an invite to the wedding, but to be honest, the thing with TOWIE is that as much as we’re all friends, we’re kind of like colleagues.
“If something happens, you kind of message them to say congratulations. But I don’t think we’re tight enough on a level to get an invite to the wedding.”
Dan got down on one knee while he and EastEnders actress Jacqueline were in Greece for her sister’s wedding, popping the question in front of her family.
Opening up about the proposal, Dan told Now! magazine: “I wanted to do it in front of Jacqui’s friends and family because I know how much they mean to her.
“There was a balcony that overlooked the sea so we stood there drinking champagne. I had a huge banner made with ‘Will you marry me?’ written across it, which had been attached to a sailing boat owned by the hotel.
“The boat was waiting out of sight until I gave the hotel manager the thumbs-up.”
