Now insiders tell Closer how Lauren Goodger's comments have reignited a fresh war with her nemesis, who she once branded "disgusting" for moving in on her ex-fiance Mark Wright just a month after they split in 2011.
Sam, 25 – who is mum to baby Paul, nine months - received a backlash from fans over her glam Instagram pics, with some insisting she must have altered them to make herself appear slimmer.
Lauren, 30, then commented, "She probably does [Photoshop her pictures], but who doesn't?...She looks great...she has all the professional equipment to make her photos look the best."
Now pals say the pair's long-running feud has been reignited after Lauren's comments.
A source reveals: "Lauren's never really forgiven Sam for what happened with Mark, even after all these years, and has always harboured resentment towards her.
"But Sam was fuming over what she perceived as a thinly veiled dig. She said Lauren was being hypocritical given that she edits her Instagram pictures more than anyone she knows."
