The former TOWIE star, 28, has never made a secret of the fact she wants to be a pop star, and now sources close to her have revealed she wants to be just like Jennifer Lopez.

Lauren is said to be in LA working on tracks, and The Sun reported that she’s told friends she is trying out rapping.

A source said: “Lauren’s taking her music career seriously. She’s working with proper producers but so far hasn’t persuaded any big names. She wants her sound to be like J-Lo as she’s a big fan of hers.”
Lauren’s pop star dreams stretch way back, and she even once auditioned for The X Factor and made it to judge’s houses.
Last weekend Lauren spoke of her humiliation as a six-second clip of her performing an intimate act on her ex boyfriend Jake McLean started doing the rounds.

She said: “I feel powerless. My private life has been invaded in the most horrible way.
