Lauren Goodger has caused a bit of a stir on Twitter, after going on a bit of a rant about plastic surgery.

"I really don't like face fillers !! Girls please stop having filler in the face I think it looks so ugly! Lips ok I understand tiny but this" she wrote in one tweet. Adding in another: "The Puffy cheek look or where ever you have it looks like got puffy face!! Just makes looks older ! Minimal is the way forward!"

This might come as a bit of a surprise for fans of Lauren, as many have claimed the ex-TOWIE star has had lip fillers, bum implants and a boob job, Lauren took to Twitter to plead with women to stop having face fillers.

Lauren herself has denied lip fillers; in her now-cancelled column for New! she said, of her lips: "I agree they look strangely massive so I can see why people might think I've had fillers but it's not the case,"

"I don't know whether it was the angle or bad lighting but in real life my lips don't look like that. I thought the picture was horrible!"

She also denied having a bum implant, but opened up about having a boob job back in 2014 to go from a 34D to a 34E.

"I've always had big boobs and where I've done extreme yo-yo dieting, exercise and then not doing anything at all, I felt like my chest had lost a bit of volume on the top," she told New! at the time.

"They're very similar to my old boobs but they've got more volume rather than them flopping down a bit,"

We can see why her Twitter followers were a little bit surprised to see her railing against face fillers, with one replying: "kettle and black spring to mind"

Another added: "How about you leave other people's decisions regarding their body up to them"

Lauren isn't letting this get her down though - she's immediately back to doing what she does best. Posting pics of herself on boats. Or rather, posting pics of herself taking a pic of herself on a boat. Very meta.
