Lauren, 28, hit out at X Factor judge Cheryl’s thin frame, insisting the 32-year-old looks ‘unhealthy’.

Writing in her column for new! magazine, former TOWIE star Lauren said: “Cheryl seems to have lost her spark.

“Have you heard her charity chocolate bar for Greggs has 44g of sugar in it? I can’t imagine Cheryl’s been eating very many of them!

“I think women should celebrate women and not body shame them, but she is looking very thin.”

Former Girls Aloud singer Cheryl sparked concern when she arrived at the first round of auditions for The X Factor looking much slimmer than usual.

But, while Cheryl has insisted there’s no need worry, Lauren isn’t convinced, adding: “She used to have an incredible body, too. There’s a difference between looking slim, fit and toned, and just looking thin.”

Cheryl previously claimed her sudden weight loss is down to the death of her father-in-law, and hit back after being branded a ‘bag of bones’ on social media.

She wrote: “I am so sick and tired of it being ok to call somebody too thin or a ‘bag of bones’!

“I would never dream of calling somebody too fat and that they should maybe cut down on their food intake? What is the difference?”
