TOWIE star Lauren Goodger has described her "swollen" body as "disgusting"
Lauren Goodger has slammed her own body on Instagram as "disgusting" after finally admitting she's had plastic surgery.
Speculation that the former TOWIE star has had surgery began after she flew off to Turkey and revealed on Instagram that she'll let her followers "know what she's had done."
She then appeared to have much fuller lips on social media before sparking a debate on Instagram after she posted a video of her bum.

Now, the 31-year-old star has confirmed that she's had surgery before revealing her plans to eat less "shit" over the next seven days thanks to a diet suppliment. This comes shortly after she revealed on her Instagram Story that she plans to lose a whopping one and a half stone before March.
Opening up on Instagram, the reality star admitted: "I've had this surgery done and I'm literally loving my body like I've got no fat here at all.
"But my arms are disgusting, I hate them, my legs are swollen, my ankles are huge and I just hate it."
Lauren added: "Everything else is just great."
She then went on to reveal how she's planning on eating less food - by taking a diet supplement called Boom Bod.
"It's meant to take away your cravings so hopefully it'll stop me eating shit, so let's pray."

However lots of her followers criticised the star for her method of losing weight, with one person writing: "And your suppose to be a role model to the younger generation i wouldn't want my daughter following you #fake"
Someone else said: "Still not happy? Sort your head out girl."
Another follower advised: "Join SlimmingWorld and exercise!!!!"
A fourth wrote: "Not a very good role model at all. I dread to think of all the young girls watching this thinking it’s the right thing to do. It’s really not! Please be a bit more responsible!"
One more added: "Why do you need a quick fix?? The best thing for your body is consistency....eat a balanced diet and move it’s pretty simple 🙄 "
Although some of her followers rushed to praise the reality star for her honesty, with one person writing: "You had me in stitches I love this post! You're not on your own Lauren we all hate our arms 😂🙈 let us know how you get on with it xx"
Someone else said: "Achieve whatever you need to girl and remember your beautiful no matter what, 7 days and good luck x"
Another commented: "Well done for your honesty xx"
One more added: "You do make me laugh girl. Might give this a go myself love a natural product x"
