The 28-year-old flaunted her new slimmer frame at the weekend when she attended Billi Mucklow's baby shower.
Former TOWIE star Lauren looked amazing in a blue midi dress, which showed off her enviable figure.
Lauren was joined at Billi's celebrations by Cara Kilbey and Frankie Essex.
Her transformation comes after she admitted she dreaded seeing pictures of herself, adding that she'd 'had enough of being fat'.
She said at the time: "I don't want to be a fat failure anymore! I've set myself a target of training three times a week."
But more recently Lauren has been much more positive about the way she looks. Writing in her column for new! magazine, she said: "I'm not nervous at all because I know I'm looking and feeling better than I did then.
"The training has definitely made a difference. I'd feel more comfortable in a dress or shorts now, but a few weeks ago I wouldn't have felt brave enough."
