Lauren Goodger’s sex tape dominated headlines last week and she admitted she was “devastated” by the six-second footage that showed her performing an intimate act on her ex-boyfriend Jake McLean.

The footage initially circulated via mobile phones among Lauren's social circle in Essex and was also offered to various publications for cash. On top of this humiliation, insiders say the former TOWIE star, 28, fears her ex-fiancé Mark Wright - who she split with in 2011 - has also seen the tape as it made its rounds

A source says: “Lauren is imagining everyone is laughing at her and making jokes about the tape. She’s heard that Mark has seen it too and is mortified. She knows the tape will never go away - she’d love Jordan’s advice but she’s got a lot on herself right now. Lauren just wants to know why bad things keep happening to her.”

To make matters worse Lauren was being accused of leaking the tape herself to gain attention and faced a vicious backlash on Twitter.

She later responded to the accusations on Twitter writing: “Just for the record ..Cos some people don't get it!I haven't made a sex tape it's an intimate 6 sec clip of me and my ex boyfriend of 2 yrs That he or I didn't release someone did from his phone with my phone number so I haven't been crying wolf I voiced it to defend myself #legal.”
