The picture, which featured the words 'Still got love for a few people I'll never speak to again" across a simple white background, certainly sparked debate amongst Lauren Goodger's followers.
And plenty of them seem to have assumed that the 27-year-old Essex girl was speaking about her ex, Mark Wright.
One commented snidely: "Like the guy tatted on your fudge?"
This person was, of course, referring to the fact that Lauren had Mark's name tattooed onto her crotch whilst they were together.
She went on to have the stamp removed from her most intimate area, allowing footage of it being lasered off to be shown on The Only Way Is Essex - shortly before Mark proposed to her.
Lauren dated her TOWIE co-star for ten years before their brief engagement, but they split in 2012.
Mark is now engaged to former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan, with the pair seeming very much in love.
However sources revealed to Closer over the summer that Lauren is still 'heartbroken' over her ex.
They said: “She's had a lot of knocks and she's extremely self-conscious about her appearance - she's vulnerable at the moment and it's clear she's turning to booze to cope."
It's not the first time Lauren has spoken out about missing someone in her life; while she was on Celebrity Big Brother 2014, she was seen sobbing that she was still in love with her ex-boyfriend - and, although she refused to specify which one, many assumed it to be Jake McLean.
Speaking to housemate Edele Lynch, the 27-year-old Essex girl said: "I feel like I've been trying to cover this up - I still love him."
"I'm not over my ex. I try to convince myself that I am over him but I'm not.
"When he was in my life he would never let anyone say a bad word about me. But what have I done? I've f****d it up."
