The CBB star, 29, split from last boyfriend Jake McLean earlier this year, but she's obviously still thinking about having children.
Alongside the picture of the baby, she wrote: "I want my baby to be this bootiful #eyes"
The post comes as Jake cruelly shared some very intimate pictures of Lauren as she celebrated her birthday last week.
Alongside the photo of Lauren posing in just her underwear, Jake wrote: "Ahhhh happy birthday to the biggest let down I no @LaurenGoodger keep it up girl your doing great #tramp [sic]"
He followed up with more posts, seemingly threatening there was worse to come. He has since deleted the tweets.
Lauren admitted to aborting her and Mark's child
Remaining dignified, Lauren simply replied to Jake's cruel posts with: "sorry @mcleanjake if I've upset you, you are very important person in my life and always will be #real [sic]"
Lauren previously admitted she once fell pregnant with ex boyfriend Mark Wright's baby but made the tough decision to have a termination.
She told a British magazine: "I was still living with my mum, [Mine and Mark's] relationship was so volatile and we weren't ready for a baby. I'd be left in the flat and he'd go off with other girls and we said, 'Let's wait till we're more settled'."
