The 28-year-old shared details of her crippling insecurities in her latest magazine column, admitting she dreads paparazzi shots the day after a night out.

Former TOWIE star Lauren confessed that compliments don’t even make her feel better. Addressing a recent press event at London’s Ham Yard Hotel, she said: “A lot of people said they liked me outfit and that I looked really good, but I thought my legs looked fat.”

She added to new! magazine: “I dread seeing pap pictures of myself after a night out because I’m not happy with how I look.”

Lauren claims to hate seeing herself in pictures, and is reportedly planning a fitness DVD

Lauren admitted she’s the heaviest she’s ever been but she’s struggling to accept her new body.

She continued: “I’m 12st 9lbs and the heaviest I’ve ever been, but I’ve been distracting myself with other things so I don’t have to think about it.

“I’ve been living in tracksuit bottoms and stretchy leggings. In my mind I’m still a size 12 but I’m obviously not. I feel disgusted. I look liked a beached whale.”

But Lauren’s weight gain could turn into quite a lucrative career move, if reports about her rumoured fitness DVD are true.

According to The Sun, Lauren will join the likes of Charlotte Crosby and release a workout video later this year.
