Lauren Goodger, 28, posted the shocking image to her Instagram last night.

LAUREN GOODGER RANTS ABOUT FAME AND MARK WRIGHT

In it, we see a half-naked woman having her hair pulled and bottom grabbed fiercely by an unseen man.

Wearing a wristband of sharp studs, it looks as if the man is also pressing these spikes into the anonymous girl's back.

The image is emblazoned with the phrase: "You got to take charge in life.

"Women want a man… not a boy."

WHY I NEVER TOLD ANYONE ABOUT MY RAPE

It goes without saying that many have associated the list of rules with an emotionally abusive relationship, as it seems to glorify a controlling and jealous partner - one who uses threats and intimidation to stop his girlfriend having any friends of her own.

The post comes after Lauren was spotted in a car with ex-boyfriend Jake McLean, despite him purposefully leaking naked photos of her online.

Taking to Twitter on Lauren’s birthday Jake, 24 - who split from her in 2013 after a year together - posted a picture of the former TOWIE star in her underwear along with the caption: 'Happy Birthday to the biggest let down I no Lauren Goodger. Keep it up girl your doing great #tramp'.

DEBATE: IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE REALLY THE SAME IF A WOMAN IS THE PERPETRATOR?

Although he later deleted the hurtful tweet, Lauren was quick to reply saying: “Sorry Jake if I’ve upset you, you are very important person in my life and always will be”.

A source said at the time: “Lauren is completely hung up on him despite the fact he’s completely abusive towards her. She says there’s something hypnotic about him and she can’t shake it off. It's so sad but she seems drawn to destructive relationships.”

A source adds: “Her friends are warning her off him, they don't like the way he treated her and think he's bad news.”
