Shockingly, 28-year-old Lauren confessed that she and Jake, 25, aren’t even speaking anymore and he’s moved out of her house.
Lauren told new! magazine: “Me and Jake aren’t talking at the moment and haven’t done for about a week now.
“He’s not currently staying with me and I am focusing on my training, my career and myself.”
Although former TOWIE star Lauren didn’t give an exact reason for the break-up, she hinted that Jake has been taking out his frustrations on her.
She continued: “Sometimes you just need five minutes out, and I’m so busy right now that I haven’t really had a chance to stop and give our situation any proper thought.
“We haven’t had any major rows and nothing has actually happened but we are both stressed out with our own lives and I seem to bear the brunt of it.
“Don’t get me wrong, it’s horrible but what I do know is that I can’t afford to have anything or anyone distract me from my focus.”
Earlier this year Lauren said she and Jake wanted kids sooner rather than later and that they couldn’t wait to be parents.
She said: “I can’t wait to be the mum of Jake’s children.”
