She may have only been back with her ex for a few weeks, but Lauren Goodger recently proved her commitment with a very permanent gesture.

Yup, we’re talking about the fact she got Jake McLean’s name tattooed to her wrist!

Speaking in her column for new! magazine, the former TOWIE star said:"Jake loves it but he did laugh and say I'm mental.

“I didn't properly think about it beforehand, I just went and had it done."

And it seems as if 28-year-old Lauren is fully intending to stay with Jake for the long-haul, as she’s now confessed that they’re planning on having children together.

Admitting they want to try for a baby “sooner rather than later”, she told OK Magazine: “I still have a few things I want to achieve in my career but I want to be a young mum so we don’t want to wait too long.

“I can’t wait to be the mum of Jake’s children."

The couple seem to be very happy, which may come as a surprise to some of Lauren’s fans.

Particularly as, a few months after they split up in 2013, he posted a picture of the former TOWIE star in her underwear to Twitter - for her birthday.

He captioned the shot: “Happy Birthday to the biggest let down I no Lauren Goodger. Keep it up girl your doing great #tramp”(sic).

Although he later deleted the hurtful tweet, Lauren was quick to reply saying: “Sorry Jake if I’ve upset you, you are very important person in my life and always will be”.

Lauren has previously spoken out in Jake’s defence, saying: “Jake told me about his past [he was jailed for three and a half years for burglary].

“I could see how much he regretted his actions.”

And, speaking with Closer, her pals have said that Lauren now believes she can make Jake a star.

They said: “Lauren hates that Jake has a bad boy reputation and wants to change people’s perception of him.

“She’s asked him to move into her flat and she’s dreaming of having a baby and making lots of money as a celeb couple.”
