Jacqueline Jossa is definitely a yummy mummy - and we love that the talented EastEnders actress has been keeping it real when it comes to post-baby weight loss.
When asked about her exercise and diet regime, she told press: “I have done absolutely nothing [to lose baby weight].
“I haven't done anything… I [just] haven't been concentrating on it.”
She added that all of her attention has been on her little girl, Ella Selina, and said firmly: “I don't think you should [try to lose weight] if you've just had a baby.”
We think that the real-life Lauren Branning looks fabulous, but, of course, there are some trolls out there.
And, when Jac was recently spotted tucking into a McDonald’s with her partner, Dan Osborne, she got some stick from the food police.
However Lauren Goodger, who starred alongside Dan in TOWIE, has leapt to the young mum’s defence.
Writing in her New! column, she said: “She’s got a baby, she’s on the go, so it’s gonna happen.
“She’s human at the end of the day, so she probably picked McDonald’s because it’s quick and easy.”
Lauren went on to describe the horrors of grabbing food in public when you’re in the limelight, saying: “I nearly got caught out in Miami a few years ago…
“Everyone was eating them [burgers] and, I’m not joking, I had to hide behind a f**king shed to eat mine.
“It’s horrible having to be careful eating out in public!”
We imagine Jac will appreciate the support, although she’s made no secret about her love of Maccy D’s in the past.
She told OK! Magazine: “Getting the 'perfect post-baby body' is a secondary thing to me massively.
"I have days – as any girl does – and I look at myself and I'm like: 'Seriously it's a joke: What am I?'
"But then the next week I'll be like: 'Seriously, why am I so huge?' and then I'll eat a McDonald's and get over it.
"It sounds awful but I've always been that kind of person – I'll moan about it while eating a McChicken sandwich meal."
And there we were thinking we couldn’t love her more!
