Lauren Goodger vowed to shed 3st when unflattering photos of her size 16 bikini body emerged in February this year. And after curbing her partying ways and throwing herself into a gruelling fitness regime, Lauren showcased the results of her hard work on a romantic trip to Paris for her 29th birthday last week – alongside boyfriend Jake McLean.
And insiders say Lauren – who has yo-yoed between a size 16 and a size 8 – can’t wait to show off her body .
A source says: “Lauren has worked so hard to slim down, hitting the gym three times a week and cutting back on drinking. She’s now a size 10 and feels amazing.
“Lauren is feeling confident and her dream is to drop another dress size to be an 8. She’s said to Jake once she does, she wants to strip off for a really sexy shoot like Kim Kardashian.”
