New mum Lauren Goodger has revealed the adorable story behind her newborn daughter’s name.
Former TOWIE star Lauren, 34, gave birth to her baby girl, who she shares with boyfriend Charles Dury, last week, also announcing that she had named her Larose.
Announcing the news to the world, Lauren shared a super cute snap of their newborn’s tiny, pink hand, the first-time mum captioned the image, “Welcome to the world our baby girl has arrived… Mummy and Daddy are so in love with you.”
After enjoying her first few days with her little one, Lauren opened up to her followers about how she chose the name.
Explaining that she was just about to have her first bath since giving birth to Larose, she said, "I decided to call her Larose because my great-nan was called Rose and I'm named Lauren Rose after her."
La is after Lauren and Rose is after Lauren nan’s name and her own middle name.
She added, "And I wanted to call my daughter after me."

Although Lauren and Charles have shared a number of cute snaps of their recent arrival, they are keeping Larose's face under wraps at the moment.
In her first interview since giving birth, Lauren revealed, "It feels so special to name my baby that."
She told OK!, "Charlie and I loved the name so much and came up with it together as it’s unique and we haven’t heard of anyone else who has it."

Back in April, it was rumoured that she and Charles’ were big fans of combining both their names to create a moniker for their daughter and had decided to call her Laulie.
In February, Lauren revealed on her Instagram stories, “The baby names that I’ve thought of are something original. It’s something that I’ve made up, so yes, exciting. A couple of them are original.”
Eagle-eyed fans then became convinced that they’d cracked Lauren’s cryptic post after spotting that she had set up an Instagram account called laulieclothing which is followed by both Lauren and Charles, although there was no other information in the bio.
