Back in February, Lamar said: “Who knows? We don’t know exactly if [the divorce is going through]. Only time will tell. I hope not. But even if we are divorced, she would always be my wife.”
While he might have been holding on all this time, Khloe, 29, has been wasting no time moving on with reported new boyfriend rapper French Montana.
Friends of Lamar, 34, claim that, while seeing Khloe with another man was ‘killing him’, it’s finally made him see sense.
A source said: “Lamar finally gets it, his marriage to Khloe is over. There was a time when Lamar said he would never give up on getting back together with Khloe, but he recognises she has obviously moved on.”
The couple are expected to divorce quickly, with the source adding: “It isn’t expected to be a long, drawn out divorce, since there is an iron clad pre-nup in place.”
But while she could soon be getting out of her estranged marriage, Khloe;s sister Kim has apparently warned her to be careful with her new rapper boyfriend.
A source revealed to a US website: “Kim is telling Khloe that she should really be careful with French after everything she just went through with Lamar.”
