The singer, famed for her outrageous outfits and performances, has admitted she wasn’t surprised fans were shocked by her on stage antics.

The 27-year-old was playing a gig last week, when Millie – who’d be downing a liquid throughout her performance of her track, Swine – stuck her fingers down her throat and threw up on the singer.

However, despite Demi Lovato appealing for her to stop ‘glamorising bulimia’, Gaga told the Today show, she wasn’t looking for controversy.

She said: “We don’t make things for any intention in particular other than in the spirit of entertaining the crowd and creating something that’s really for the moment. It was meant for a club performance in Austin and we had a great time.”

A petition, which asks the Poker Face songstress to stop working with Millie, has now reached over 10,000 signatures.
