The Coronation Street star was left astounded when her four year old daughter responded to Stephen Mulhern when he asked what she didn’t like about her mum.
Polly simply and sweetly replied: "When she gets her boobies out” before running off camera.
As much as the mum-of-three was left cringing, Kym couldn’t help but laugh at Polly’s answer.
Stephen then joked to the audience: “For anyone interested in seeing Kym's boobies, we've actually got a picture... only joking!”
But it seems Kym wasn’t too embarrassed by Polly, as she took to Twitter to tell everyone to tune in to the show, saying: “Polly is TOO funny!”.
Kym and Polly managed to win the trophy and the £12,000 cash prize, which they donated to NSPCC.
