Kylie Minogue and Joshua Sasse have confirmed their engagement – in a rather posh newspaper announcement.
The announcement made in the Daily Telegraph read: “The engagement is announced between Joshua, son of the late Dominic Sasse and of Mary Heale (nee Macauley), of Herefordshire, and Kylie, eldest daughter of Ronald and Carol Minogue, or Melbourne, Australia.”
The couple have been dating since late last year after meeting on the set of Joshua’s TV show, Galavant. After spending a loved up break abroad over Christmas, Kylie, 49, showed off a very large diamond ring on her engagement finger but stayed tight lipped over speculation Joshua, 28, had got down on one knee.
Appearing at the NME awards together in London last week, the couple looked so loved up and Joshua spent the evening gushing about his fiancée.
“Kylie may be keeping tight-lipped, but Josh isn’t as keen to keep it a secret,” an insider told the Sun.
“He was proudly speaking about his fiancée to several guests and even joked that being with her meant he wouldn’t have any problem getting into parties.”
Speaking before Joshua popped the question, another insider added: “Joshua recently told pals that he was ready to propose after finding the woman of his dreams.”
Looking at the smile on Kylie’s face, it seems Joshua is the man of her dreams.
