Teen reality star Kylie Jenner has landed herself in hot water after showing off a recent video of her dogs where they appeared very skinny.

The video showed the dogs playing at her feet where their prominent ribs were clearly visible.

Now the 18-year-old has faced backlash online after fans pleaded with her to feed her dogs more.

One dog owner commented: “I’ve had an Italian Greyhound as a puppy and despite its hyperactivity it had some skin covering [its] ribs. [There's] obviously a problem here that she needs to address.”

Another typed: “Kylie — this is sad. Even for you — suck up your pride and hear what everyone is saying before this becomes explosive.

“Get the dog seen — and find a regimen to [make] them healthy again. This is wrong and you're in no place to dispute it.”

TMZ have since reported that LA County Animal Control have received complaints regarding Kylie’s treatment of her pets.

Despite concerns, the Italian Greyhound Club of America has defended Kylie, telling TMZ that the greyhounds are healthy and that racing dogs are often even more slight that the SnapChat star’s pooches.
