Former Strictly Come Dancing star Kristina Rihanoff has opened up about the joy her and rugby player partner Ben Cohen get from their four-month-old daughter Mila, and talked about the difficulties of getting together in the spotlight.
The happy couple announced the amazing news of Mila's birth in a statement with HELLO! magazine: "Ben and Kristina are delighted to confirm they are the parents of a beautiful baby girl.
"They would like to thank friends and family for all their kind wishes at this happy time."
The couple who met on Strictly and began dating after Ben split from his wife, Abby, of 11-years, revealed that they named their adorable daughter Mila.
And as it turns out the couple are really enjoying being parents; and Kristina recently confessed on her Hello blog that her daughter is a mummy's girl: "I have to say she's a Mummy's girl! Just because she's spent the majority of the past three weeks with me.
"But you know she's very well-behaved with Daddy. I think she knows that when she's around me she can have a little cry and misbehave a bit more!" Well we all know how that feels, Kristina!
The mum-of-one also opened up about the backlash the couple received at the beginning of their relationship, on this morning's Lorraine show, as one of the many couples who got together on Strictly Come Dancing: "I think when you have true feelings for one another you understand that this is meant to be, you want to be together.
"And I think having a baby completely changes your outlook on the whole situation because everything become so secondary, so insignificant."
She then went on to explain how motherhood affected her: "It completely changed me, in a much better way and changed my perspective on life.
"Motherhood is something I always dreamt about, and thought someday, someday..."
"To see him [Ben] absolutely loving her to bits and cuddling her, it's just incredible."
The 39-year-old dancer also revealed that she's still breastfeeding her daughter because she wants to enjoy the process and is in no rush to go on a diet.
We love that she's simply taking her time and she looks incredible.
