Professional Strictly dancer Kristina, 37, and 36-year-old rugby hunk Ben met on the show in 2013, and she insisted it's love.
Speaking to The Sun, Kristina said: "We are in a committed relationship, and of course, that involves love.
"We're constantly together – either at my place or his. We're still very new so there's much more left to grow hopefully. It's work in progress."
She's famed for her impressive dance routines and glamorous costumes, but Kristina revealed that Ben gets to see the 'real' her.
"He doesn't see the dancer kicking my legs on Strictly Come Dancing, he sees the real me," she added.
Last year Ben split from his wife Abby and, despite constant rumours otherwise, he and Kristina have always remained adamant their relationship didn't start until after the break-up.
Addressing the allegations again, Kristina continued: "Ben's said it many times and I'll say it again – I wasn't involved in the breaking up of his marriage."
And Kristina is confident she and Ben will go the distance as they have more than just physical attraction.
She added: "Lots of relationships start because you're attracted to someone. It's all happy fireworks and then the core dissolves and fizzles out. But we have a strong core."
