The New York waitress, Blaine Morris, claims that Kendall, 18, flipped out when she was refused alcohol. She reportedly then left the restaurant without paying, forcing the waitress to chase her down the street only to have the money thrown in her face.

Blaine later tweeted, then deleted: "The horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face."

Kendall furiously denied the allegations, and now her 'momager' Kris, 61, has hit back at the claims, too.

Firstly, Kris cleared up the obvious issue. She told E!: "Well, first of all, the woman tweeted 'chasing a Kardashian down the street'.

"Kendall's a Jenner, so [Morris] needed, I guess, to get that attention out there."

Kris continued that Kendall has been left 'super-embarrassed' over the alleged incident going viral, and is now taking legal action.

The Matriarch said: "If anybody knows our little Kendall, our tall Kendall, she's the most respectful little girl in the world and would never do anything like that.

"And once she realised what was going on she absolutely gave the woman the 30 dollars that she owed, or 33 dollars, plus a tip, and felt very horrible about the fact that somebody would do this and crete these stories and start spreading things."
