US Life&Style magazine has reported that the couple are planning to marry in Mexico and have been considering the holiday home of close friend Joe Francis (founder of the racy Girls Gone Wild franchise).
A source told the magazine that the couple are planning a low key wedding, much of a contrast to Kim’s upcoming nuptials to Kanye West and sister Khloe’s whirlwind -wedding to ex-husband Lamar Odom.
The reported wedding is a long time coming for the couple, who have been together for 7 years and are parents to 4-year-old Mason and 18-month old Penelope.

The wedding also comes just months after Scott lost both his parents.
The source told the magazine: ‘Kourtney realised that she's all he has. It's made her see things differently… This is the perfect time for Scott and Kourtney to get married.'
The wedding has reportedly caused a bit of a rift between Kourtney and younger sister Kim.
Kim got engaged last year and is reportedly a bit miffed that Kourtney has still managed to beat her down the aisle.
'There are rules about that kind of thing,’ the source said. 'If your sister gets engaged before you do, you don't get married before her!’
