Michael Girgenti, who claims to be the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s son, Mason, claims that he had a raunchy one night stand with the reality star in 2009.
"We didn’t use any protection - we were too caught up in the moment to think about it"
The pair met at a photo shoot for Keeping Up With The Kardashians - and he claimed that there were sparks right from the start.
He said previously: “It was an incredibly sexy shoot.
“The photographer was encouraging us to get wilder.”
According to Girgenti, the two kept in touch over email for months before having sex at his Glendale apartment in March 2009.
“She was a wonderful lover… [but] we didn’t use any protection.
“We were too caught up in the moment to think about it.”
He has now released a photo, published exclusively by Radar Online, which shows Kourtney drinking a glass of wine in bed as she sits cuddled up to Girgenti.
She seems unaware of the fact that he is photographing the pair of them, as he extends his arm to snap a secret selfie.
This, he claims, is proof that their affair did take place.
“I don’t care what anyone thinks, I know what happened and this is proof,” he told Radar.
Despite taking Kourtney to court last year in a bid to prove that he was the biological father of her and Scott Disick’s eldest son, Mason, Girgenti was left red-faced when paternity tests proved him wrong.
She told E! News at the time: "After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father.
“While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies — especially when the truth was never in doubt — this story must be put to rest."
Girgenti also failed a lie detector test about their hot hookup at the time, but he has now insisted: “Lie detector tests don’t hold up in court.
“To me, [this photo is] just kind of like the closing element to it all.
“It happened, and it’s done. The closing chapter.”
