Sky Sports presenter Kirsty Gallacher was charged with drink driving after being pulled over by police at 11.30am on 12 August.
Kirsty, 41, was pulled over by Thames Valley Police in Eton whilst on the way to pick her children up from her ex-husband Paul Sampson's house and found to be three times over the limit.
Today, she appeared at Slough Magistrates' Court, and was given a driving ban for two years, ordered to serve 100 hours of community service, pay £85 prosecution costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
The court heard how Kirsty, who has two children with her ex-husband, had been spotted driving erratically by witnesses.
When she was pulled over, police officers could "smell alcohol" as they found that she had 106 microgrammes of alcohol in her system - the drink-drive limit is 35 microgrammes.
Kirsty blamed her "tough" divorce proceedings, adding that she was "horrified" by the situation.

Jasvir Kaar Bhatti, probation officer, said: "There was no intention to drive while over the limit. She did not realise she was over the next day.
"She does not have a drink problem. She works long hours and drives a lot so she does not usually drink. There are divorce proceedings going on at the moment which are stressful. She is very remorseful and apologises."
Jennifer Dempster, mitigation, said: "This is not intentional drink driving, she was not leaving the pub at midnight and driving home. She is horrified she is in this position.
"This is a young lady, it has been a stressful time. There are difficulties arising from the breakdown of her marriage, the final hearing for which is next week."
This comes only a fortnight after it was revealed that Kirsty had been secretly dating Billie Piper's ex-husband, actor Lawrence Fox.
According to The Sun, Kirsty and Laurence met after being set up by friends and dated for six months, before "calling it quits" after "growing tired" of "sneaking around".
They said: "They had fun while it lasted, but having to sneak around was a bit tiresome in the end."
