Mario Dedivanovic, who made his name after showcasing his amazing contouring skills on Kim Kardashian’s face, has come under fire over his latest Instagram upload.

The picture featured a model wearing a full face of makeup, including a plumped red pout and winged eyeliner.

However, unlike the other models featured on Mario’s Instagram page, this one was just a toddler.

Mario captioned the shot: “My future daughter #soCute”

The photo sparked outrage online, with many slamming the shot as ‘disturbing’ and ‘wrong’.

One wrote: “I can tell that she is a beautiful little girl but the makeup makes her look sad and depressed.”

“I’m feeling sick,” said another horrified user.

“THIS IS AWFUL PLEASE LEAVE CHILDREN ALONE,” exclaimed one user.

"She's beautiful but she doesn't need makeup. That's too grown. Protect the innocence,” fumed another.

And one added angrily: "Too young. Babies shouldn't look like women."

Following the backlash, Mario edited the caption, insisting that he was not responsible for the little girl’s look.

He said firmly: “This is not my makeup.”

But not everyone is up in arms - and some Instagram users even came to the makeup artist's defence.

One user wrote: "Wearing makeup does not make them prone to child abusers! Ignorant stupid comment! This is clearly only for a photo shoot. I've never seen kids wear makeup out in the street and I guarantee paedophiles [sic] don't rape and abuse them because of makeup.”

Another added, "Too many annoying people on social media. This bubba is cute x."

What do you think - is this amazing makeup or is it akin child abuse?
