Yesterday saw the reality star don two outfit changes, a lunch with a former Vogue editor, a spot of shopping, and then a couples appearance with Kanye West.

The new mother, who turns 33 in three weeks, started her day in the fashion capital wearing a close-fitting nude dress with a thigh-high split, covered by a camel coat and a pair of pastel pink Givenchy stilettos.

Whilst enjoying a spot of lunch with former Vogue editor Andre Leon Talley at L’Avenue restaurant, Kim revealed her screensaver is a picture of her adorable 4-month-old daughter North West.

Sources say the mother-of-one was unhappy about leaving daughter Nori in America during her trip to Paris, as it meant she would have to stop breast feeding.

Following lunch, Kim went shopping with cousing Cici, making the most of the designer shops in the area.

According to reports, Kanye was keen to get together with various designers to give his babymama a style makeover.

'Kanye has set up multiple meetings with Chanel, Celine and Givenchy to design a new post pregnancy wardrobe for Kim. He thinks this is a prime opportunity for her to re-vamp her image,' a source revealed.

Clearly missing their new daughter, couple Kim and Kanye West wore matching gold ‘Nori’ necklaces as they went out for a dinner date that evening.

The famous Kardashian ensured she was camera-ready, slipping into a loose white t-shirt, and tight nude pencil skirt, showing off her famous curves.

Looks like Kanye is making the most of quality time with his lady- as far away as possible from the Kardashian clan.
