Kim Kardashian has been hitting the gym pretty must constantly since giving birth to her and Kanye West's daughter North, losing 50lb in the process. And she's made absolutely no secret of how proud she is of this fact, busily posting selfies to document her progress.

Anyway, Kim has FINALLY revealed the secret to her success. And, unsurprisingly, it's exactly what we've heard before. Hundreds of times before.

Apparently it's all about: "No carbs, work out, dedication!"

Well DUH, Kim. We probably could've guessed that one for ourselves. Especially as you've already told us about your fondness for the New Atkins Diet.

An Atkins rep recently revealed: "[Kim] is eating lots of lean proteins, healthy fats like nuts and avocado, carbs, fruits, veggies and cheese."

We think we could get on board with the cheese thing, at least.
