The Keeping up with the Kardashians star, who has been candid about her difficult second pregnancy, is due to give birth in December, but has now revealed she is prepared for the worst.
‘With the issues I had last time, my risk of having pre-eclampsia and placenta acreeta are increased and there’s not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery.
‘In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough.’
But Kim admitted that her doctor is confident he won’t have to resort that, and is encouraging Kim to relax before the birth.
The Kardashian star has been very open in sharing the ins and outs of her most recent pregnancy, writing on her website she’s already worried about the size of her unborn boy.
‘He’s [the weight of] a REALLY heavy pineapple, LOL! [I Have] anxiety, knowing my baby is so big and I’m gaining a lot of weight.
‘I have gained more than I did in the first pregnancy. I’m up 52 pounds so far, with six weeks to go.’
Last week, Kim lamented her new pregnancy shape after posting a throwback from a pervious shoot.
