The reality star is already mother to 1-year-old daughter North West, and fought to win back her figure following the difficult pregnancy.
Planning her second pregnancy, Kim said that the controversial shoot "was just a little token before I have to go through it again."
Speaking about her first pregnancy on Australian television, Kim admitted that she had been ‘miserable.’
She said: I had a few medical difficulties so I think that might have contributed… Or in my mind I'm saying that contributed…maybe it was the 10 boxes of Krispy Kremes I would eat all the time, so I'm going to try to control that."
Kim, 34, also made the shocking claim that her outspoken husband, rapper Kanye West, is- wait for it- shy!
"I think that in public he always does what he wants to do and he always stands up for what he believes is right and what he wants to do, and he's taught me a lot of that. He taught me to like...what do you really believe? Forget about what anyone else is really thinking. If you love it, that's what's important."
