So it’s no wonder really that Kanye West was so quick to defend himself, and Kim, after they were booed at the start of the Lanvin show earlier today.
The couple appear to arrive a little later than planned to the show and while taking their seats – and being photographed from all sides – a rousing chorus of boos seems to come up from the waiting throng of fashionistas.
Then seemingly out of no-where, Kanye jumps out of his seat and heads towards the hecklers, shouting, “we’re not late, don’t boo us.”
He also insists the Lanvin’s head designer, Alber Elbaz wanted them on the front row.
The rest of the show appears to go off without a hitch – although you can see Anna Wintour raising her eyebrows with a rather bemused look on her face.
Kim, 33, and Kanye, 37, arrived in Paris on Tuesday Wednesday to watch Kim’s sister Kendall in some of the shows, including her star appearance for Balmain.
