The reality star arrived in Paris with rapper Kanye West on Saturday to attend Paris Fashion Week on Sunday evening.
The 32-year-old turned heads in a cleavage-baring black peplum dress, with a thigh-high split.
However the new mum was reportedly not happy about leaving her daughter at home in LA, as she was forced to stop breast feeding.
Sources say Kanye, 36, was adamant they should leave North West at home, due to his past issues with overzealous photographers.
A source told an American website:
'Kim really wanted to take Nori to Paris but Kanye insisted that it wasn't a good idea because of his issues with photographers.
'He thought it was too dangerous.
‘Kim had wanted to continue breastfeeding for another two months.
'She considered taking a breast pump with her to Paris and having either an assistant flying the milk back to LA or shipping it back by FedEx.'
‘Kanye thought that was ludicrous, and as usual he got his way.’
Kim was reportedly eager to discuss wedding dress designs with French designers while she was in town, and Kanye also took advantage of the designer capital.
'Kanye has set up multiple meetings with Chanel, Celine and Givenchy to design a new post pregnancy wardrobe for Kim. He thinks this is a prime opportunity for her to re-vamp her image,' a source revealed.
The couple are expected to spend a few more days in Europe, before returning to LA.
