The 34-year-old and her husband Kanye West, 38, are already parents to daughter North, two, but Kim dismissed claims the new baby will be called South.
Appearing on a US chat show, Kim said: "I don't like South West though, because North will always be better, and she has a better direction.

"I wouldn't do that [set them against each other]. I don't think we'll go with another direction."
Kim recently denied claims she's having a baby boy, insisting she and Kanye haven't told anybody the sex yet.

After her battle to get pregnant over the past 18 months it seems Kim is really struggling with her body's changes.
Speaking to US weekly she said: "To be honest, I've had really bad morning sickness, day sickness, night sickness – I can barely get out of bed.
"It's a very different type of pregnancy from my first one, but I'm so grateful to be pregnant when we didn't even think it was going to happen for us – I don't care how sick I get."
