Fed up with reports that she and Kanye West are ‘faking’ her latest pregnancy and using a surrogate, reality star Kim Kardashian has shared one of her most revealing Instagram selfies yet.

The picture shows 34-year-old Kim posing in front of her bathroom mirror completely naked. One hand covered her boobs whilst she's carefully positioned her leg to hide her modesty.

Writing alongside the Twitter picture, the mum-of-one explained: “First they say I'm too skinny so I have to be faking it...Now they say I'm too big so I have to be faking it...SMH!”

She continued into one epic Twitter rant, slamming any conspiracy theories that her baby bump wasn’t real.

Kim wrote: “Some days I'm photographed before I eat & look smaller, some days I've just eaten & I look bigger. It's all a part of the process.

“U know me well enough 2know I would document the process if I got a surrogate.Everyone's body is different,every pregnancy is very different(sic).”

“I’ve learned to love my body at every stage! I'm going to get even bigger & that's beautiful too! I'm blessed to even be pregnant… & luckier to not have preeclampsia so far, so I don't have the swelling issue! They also say your body carries a boy different than a girl(sic).”

Kim struggled to fall pregnant with her second child, a baby boy due early in 2016. She explained to fans: “I’m grateful to God for this miracle & no matter what rumours or comments you throw my way this time they truly don't affect me!”

She then cheekily added: “#NoFilter #NoPhotoShop #GoodLighting.”

Kim admits to feeling remarkably better during this pregnancy compared to her first with North West.

Whilst expecting North, Kim suffered from different medical conditions that blighted her experience. She also suffered from stress as she raced to finalise her divorce from ex husband Kris Humphries before North’s birth.
